Ashley Schmidt
Someday I hope to help the world, to make a difference in at least one person’s life. I write mainly about mental health, a growing issue in society. My life revolves around school, and I’m working on maintaining a balanced life in a world that is in constant competition to be the best. I play French Horn and piano, and I absolutely love to read. In addition to being a part of the school newspaper, I am a member of Math Team, Science Club, Science Olympiad, and Contest Speech. I hope to shine light on the struggles that we hide behind a smile and to make sure everyone knows that they are not alone.
